Really like this shop. They know how to fix cars and will get your car back to you fast. I just thought their prices were a little higher than other auto shops in the same area. In these hard economic times, price always matter. I would have preferred any offers for discounts and promotional offers for loyal and frequent customers or discounts on combined services done . This would be make for great marketing. When given the choice, I would choose a shop with lower prices but does good work. Luckily I was able to find another shop. But overall, Cromer can fix your car and have you running smoothly again. Just at a higher price than other independent shops in the same area.

Excellent service! Randy was a caring, professional manager treated me well. Took my wife's car in for a front end alignment. Was done in a very timely manner and work was top notch! The total cost was supprisingly low. I highly recommend Cromer's without any reservations.

Great mechanic shop fixed what was wrong with my car and gave me a reasonable quote very happy with the service provided. You may have to call a few times to get an answer but the owner is very nice and well informed. Overall I highly recommend this shop if you're close by great shop to get what you need fixed done.

Broke down while doing a long distance trip. After 11 hrs straight of driving and being nearly out of my mind with exhaustion I had my car towed here and they diagnosed and fixed my car right then and there so I could safely get home. 10/10 would recommend.
